RENTAL POLICIES

Rental period starts from Wednesday to Monday (maximum 5 days). Late return will be charged without early agreement.

No booking is made without deposit. Our rental items are based on first come, first served.

Rental prices do not include transportation charge. You are responsible for pick-up and return the items at our store.

Pick-up and return during our official business hours ONLY.

We may arrange transportation for your pick-up and return (with additional charge). Please refer to our team prior to booking.

You need to return the items according to the conditions during pick-up. Please ensure you return the same bags / bands / wrapped.

We reserved the right to deduct security deposit if customer is unable to adhere to our rental policies and/or damage our items.

Booking deposit is non-refundable  after the payment is made. Only postponement is allowed (based on date availability).
