My event is outside Klang Valley. Can I still rent with you?

Yes. As long as you can pick-up and return the items within the rental period (Wed-Mon).

How do I lock my items?

We require a non-refundable deposit (minimum RM50 and depend on total rental) and then you’ve guaranteed items for your date!

I don't have large car to transport the items. Can you arrange transportation for me?

Yes. We may arrange runner / transporter to your location with additional charges (rate based on km).

I have never set-up a pelamin. Do you provide tutorials?

Yes. We provide tutorials for some basic designs. Visit our YouTube channel to watch the tutorials.

What car should I bring to pick-up my items?

Depend on items. Most set basic pelamin can be transported using regular hatchback car (Myvi size and above) and MPV. You can also use pick-up truck but please ensure it has cover.

Do you provide pelamin set-up service?

Unfortunately, we don't provide pelamin set-up service for the time being.
