Booking Deposit

Booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment has been received. Deposit is non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to slot availability).

Full Payment

The remaining balance must be paid on the session day before the shoot begins.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot. Sessions will run according to the booked time slot. Late arrival will result in shorter session time. No extension will be given.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once and must be informed at least 24 hours before the session (subject to availability).

Additional Pax

Please inform the actual number of pax before the session. Additional charges may apply if exceeding the package limit.

Cleanliness

Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness within the studio at all times. All shoes worn inside the studio must be clean and free from dirt or mud.
